ANNIHILUS is the solo black metal/dark drone project of Chicago punk Luca Cimarusti (a member of Luggage, Basic Cable, Heavy Times, etc.). Performed entirely by Cimarusti, the Eternal Winter EP is the third ANNIHILUS release, a three-song tape that touches on traditional second-wave black metal; yearning sludge; and crushing, layered, ambient metal. ANNIHILUS is a non-political and non-religious project.
